I've been hearing people rave about Ghirardelli brownies for some time now so the last time I was in Costco I bought a box (only $7.99 and you get six packages).
The first time I made the brownies, I only used one package. They were OK but with everyone saying how good these brownies are I guess I expected more. This time I used two packages and they were heavenly!
The trick to making a good Ghirardelli brownie -- use two packages!
